We Stand Behind
Every Treatment

Complications in dentistry are rare — but they do happen, even with the best clinicians and protocols. This page tells you plainly what to expect from us if anything ever falls short.

A Word from Our Team

We'd Rather Be Honest Than Perfect-Sounding

No clinic can promise zero complications. Healing varies from person to person. Materials behave differently. Sometimes the unexpected happens — despite meticulous preparation and skilled hands.

What we can promise is this: we will never ignore a problem, never minimise your concern, and never leave you to figure things out alone. If something goes wrong, we show up — with transparency, urgency, and care.

This page is our commitment to you, in plain language.

What You Can Expect From Us

These are not terms and conditions. They are human commitments — written so they mean something.

If a Complication Occurs

We know that unexpected post-treatment symptoms — swelling that lingers too long, sensitivity that doesn't ease, or a restoration that feels off — can be unsettling. Here's exactly what happens next:

You can contact us any time — call, WhatsApp, or email.
We will respond within 48 hours, often the same day.
We will schedule a review appointment at no charge — no debate, no forms.
Your treating clinician will personally assess the situation.
If remedial treatment is required and falls within the original scope, we cover it.
You will be kept informed at every step — no medical jargon, no vague reassurances.
Our Second-Opinion Pledge

We actively encourage our patients to seek second opinions — especially for complex procedures or significant treatment plans. We believe an informed patient is the best patient, and confidence in your decision matters far more than our convenience.

Request a second opinion from any dentist, at any time — we support it fully.
We will prepare and hand over your complete case file, X-rays, and records.
No pressure, no follow-up calls, no judgment.
If you'd prefer an independent review within our clinic, we can arrange a different senior clinician.
Your trust is more important to us than any single booking.
"A second opinion should never be an uncomfortable ask. At Tharish, it is always welcome."
— Dr. Tharish, Founder & Lead Clinician
Our Core Commitments

Transparency in Every Step

This is what good care looks like in practice — not just in theory.

Honest Communication
We tell you the truth about your treatment — including risks, alternatives, and realistic outcomes.
Follow-Up at No Cost
Review visits for complications arising from our treatments are always free of charge.
Full Records Access
Your treatment records, X-rays, and photos are yours. We provide them promptly, whenever you need them.
Continuity of Care
Your treating clinician remains accountable throughout. We don't pass patients between staff without proper handover.
For Clarity

What Falls Within Our Policy

We want to be upfront about both what we cover and what sits outside our control, so there are no surprises.

Covered Under This Policy
Post-procedure sensitivity or discomfort beyond expected recovery
Restoration that fractures, debonds, or does not fit correctly
Implant failure or integration issues within the first year
Swelling, infection, or perioperative complications linked to our procedure
Any adverse outcome we identify as attributable to our clinical process
Review consultation and diagnosis — always free, always prompt
Areas Outside Our Direct Control

These are circumstances where outcomes may vary despite every best practice being followed. We will still support you through them — but remedial costs may apply:

Patient non-compliance with post-treatment instructions
Systemic medical conditions affecting healing (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes)
Damage caused by injury or accident after treatment
Natural biological failure where all clinical standards were met
Issues arising from treatments performed elsewhere
