Our Instrument Sterilization Protocol — Every Single Time
Step 01
Pre-Rinse & Scrub
Instruments are rinsed of gross debris immediately after use.
Step 02
Ultrasonic Bath
15-minute ultrasonic cycle removes biofilm and contaminants.
Step 03
Pouching
Each instrument is individually sealed in a sterilization pouch with a Class 5 indicator strip.
Step 04
Autoclave Cycle
134°C Class B steam cycle for 18 minutes. Logged digitally.
Step 05
Verification
Indicator checked. BI test performed weekly. Records filed monthly.
